International Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the customer.

30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to love your Air-On bag. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• A proof of purchase is required

How to Return

Email us at airon.contac@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid returns label within 24 hours.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
